Boca Raton, Fla. – March 11, 2009 — GREYSON INTERNATIONAL, INC. (GYSN.PK) is announcing the completion of the Company’s first television commercial, and has made it available to view on the Greyson Web site, www.GreysonIntl.com., prior to national launch.

The commercial features the Company’s new revolutionary product Damage Control Serum. Damage Control Serum repairs and restores the DNA of the cells in the epidermis—the outermost layer of skin—from previous damage due to aging, the environment and sun exposure. The treatment improves the DNA immune system, defending against future damage, and also slows the aging process. Professional 24-7 Call Center Hired to Handle Anticipated Increased Demand
Boca Raton, Fla. – March 23, 2009 — GREYSON INTERNATIONAL, INC. (GYSN.PK) is announcing the schedule and networks of the Company’s first television commercial. The 60-second spot featuring Greyson’s new revolutionary product Damage Control Serum will begin airing on Monday, March 23, 2009 and continue through Sunday, March 29, 2009. This is the first round of air dates on national television networks, with more to follow.

Greyson has selected Planet Green, a member of the Discovery Channel family, which boasts 51 million subscribers, as one of the first two networks to feature the commercial. The Hallmark Movie Channel, with 15 million subscribers, will also air Greyson’s advertisement. According to the media buying agency placing Greyson’s commercial, both stations have historically performed well for direct response against women and both provide exposure to measure success.

In this update, I would like to share with you Greyson International’s most recent progress. Since my last letter to you, we have indeed accomplished many of the goals set forth in our business plan. We have just met one of our milestone goals by announcing that Greyson has been awarded trademark approval for Trilexon®. As we bolster our online image, we also have improved our physical appearance by moving our headquarters to Boca Raton, Fla. This move has allowed us to become fully functional in our new space and has given us room to grow with more square footage to house additional employees as our business develops.

Delray Beach, FL – April 11, 2008 — GREYSON INTERNATIONAL, INC (GYSN.PK) announced today that the Company has acquired Damage Control Technologies, Inc., owners of Trilexon™, a state-of-the-art, patent pending delivery system designed to improve effectiveness of skin-care, hair-care and other topical applications. Damage Control Technologies will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Greyson International effective April 16, 2008. With the acquisition, Greyson International retains the services of Charles Fox, a renowned independent consultant to the cosmetic and toiletry industry.
