BOCA RATON, Fla.—January 10, 2011 — Harvey Tauman, CEO of Greyson International, Inc. (GYSN.PK), writes to shareholders, providing investors with management’s vision for the Company in 2011 and beyond:

To our Shareholders:
In this update, I would like to share with you our Company’s most recent progress and our vision for 2011. We are moving forward in our strategy to become a recognized leader in the research, development and marketing of technologically advanced skin care products and over-the-counter topical drug applications.

As you know, our skincare collection featuring Trilexon® is a revolutionary breakthrough. This achievement required much research, testing and manufacturing to get to commercialization. We introduced new processes and new production techniques in order to develop Trilexon®, which indicated that our discovery is different than anything that has been manufactured before in this arena. We continue to encounter new findings about our products featuring Trilexon® and gain an increased understanding of what we have. As our knowledge has advanced, we can provide additional research to major companies and feel confident that this added information will assist us in achieving our desired results.

In the new year, we are maintaining our focus on licensing opportunities for Trilexon® with the top global companies in the cosmetics and medical fields. Trilexon® can vastly improve not only skincare products, but cosmetics, shampoos, sunscreens, topical pain medications and more. We firmly believe that Trilexon® is a highly important new discovery for multiple types of topical applications, and we are confident that it will translate into significant and continuous revenue for our Company.

Our marketing consultant, Cecile Meunier, is a dedicated and highly qualified team member who is in constant communication with the major companies we’re working with to license Trilexon®.

We have presented product samples, which the companies test and bring to various internal divisions to consider for a variety of applications. These companies are becoming acquainted with our Trilexon® products, and have been going back and forth with us with questions about how the products are comprised, how they work over time, and more. This process may seem like a lengthy one, but in this industry, this process is actually considered to be moving along quickly. We are encouraged by the continued interest of these global companies, and fully support their process to research our technology to come to a decision of licensing, which can have a major impact on sales and revenue on an international basis, for both the company and for us at Greyson.

We are in the packaging stage for two new Trilexon® products we introduced to you in a press release last quarter: Trilexon® Facial Cleanser and Trilexon® Pore Tightening Facial Toner. As you may recall, these products underwent independent clinical testing performed by world-renowned physician Dr. Peter Pugliese; both products performed exceptionally well in all parameters. The study found that, together, the Trilexon® Facial Cleanser and Trilexon® Pore Tightening Facial Toner comprise a superior cleansing and restorative system for the skin. Clinical studies performed on these two products show a reduction in the size of pores by significantly greater than 50 percent. We look forward to the completion of packaging of these products, so we can introduce them to our customers and to the companies we’re in discussions with to license Trilexon®.

Ours is the very first skincare product line to utilize the unique Trilexon® delivery system, which precisely delivers key ingredients to the appropriate areas through “messengers” in order to achieve higher effectiveness and more noticeable results. Trilexon® products contain a unique blend of liquid polymer material, which is superior to most other polymers used in cosmetics which are solid. The products spread easily and leave a soft, non-greasy, velvety feel to the skin. The Trilexon® system creates a fine surface which is insoluble in water and oils, keeping it in place even after sweating or contact with water. Ingredients are released continuously over an extended period of time, ensuring skin receives treatment at a constant, steady pace to give skin a healthy and youthful look. Our skincare line has not been tested on animals and is developed and manufactured in the United States.

All of our Trilexon® products maintain a 4.5-5.5 pH, unlike any other skincare product on the market today. This pH allows our products to support continuous physiological activity over several hours, where our competitors’ products change pH levels after only a few moments, which stops active ingredients from working like they should. This exclusive advantage also presents challenges, since the composition of our products are different from any other that our industry has seen. From finding the right dispensing pump that can handle our unique lotions and ointments, to determining the right ingredient manufacturers with which to place orders, there are many components that need to come together in order to develop and commercialize a successful product. We continue to work on these components for our two new products and enhance our existing products as we learn more about Trilexon® and how it works over time and in different applications.

We are keeping television shopping networks in mind as we near the completion of our latest two products. As we have seen with our previous television segments, appearing on a national shopping network will raise awareness of Greyson International to millions of viewers and offer them the opportunity to purchase these products and experience their proven efficacy.

We understand the importance of transparency and the ability to reach a wide financial audience. We are continuing to place a strong emphasis on becoming a fully reporting company, and expect completed work from our accountants in the very short term. We continue to remain conservative in our financial strategy, and we have no long- or short-term debt.
