The previous year has proven to be a very successful year of achievements for Greyson International. In this update, I would like to share with you our Company’s most recent progress and our vision for 2010. We are looking forward to taking the next steps in our strategy to become a recognized leader in the research, development and marketing of technologically advanced skin care products and over-the-counter topical drug applications.

Because Trilexon® is a revolutionary breakthrough, this achievement required much research, testing and manufacturing to get to this current point of commercialization. We introduced new processes and new production techniques in order to develop Trilexon®, which indicates that our discovery is different than anything that has been manufactured before in this arena. Over the past year, we have received trademark approval for Trilexon®, received results of a safety study confirming Trilexon®’s safety and received results of an independent clinical study confirming Trilexon®’s efficacy. We have also appointed Director of Medical Products Dr. Daniel Ettedgui to research how Trilexon® can be used in topical pain medications. These are just a few of the highlights of the work we have done to reach this point where we are ready to launch Trilexon® on a national level.

As you know, Greyson International is scheduled to appear on ShopNBC (ValueVision TV, NASQAQ: VVTV), a national television shopping network, to introduce for the first time our series of Trilexon® products. We are making the necessary preparations for our first appearance in the coming weeks. This appearance has been months and years in the making, and we know that our many supporters are highly anticipating the day we will be on air. Numerous details go into an appearance such as this, from paperwork to product labeling and delivery. We assure you the final steps are being taken in order for us to be ready to officially launch this revolutionary delivery system and our first set of three products that feature it. We will immediately share with you the news of a more exact time of when we will appear on ShopNBC; please be assured it is scheduled in the coming weeks.

As Greyson International CEO, I will appear personally on ShopNBC to introduce Trilexon®. As a well-known skincare expert and television personality with a record of most sales in a single day on a national television shopping network, I look forward to returning to television to share with consumers this true breakthrough and invite them to be among the first to see for themselves what a difference Trilexon® makes. As the story of our major discovery hits airwaves, it will raise awareness of Greyson International to millions of viewers and offer them the opportunity to purchase these products and experience their proven efficacy.

This is a new day in health, beauty and cosmetics, as Trilexon® has the ability to completely revolutionize the industry. In 2010, one of our main focuses will be on licensing Trilexon® to companies in the cosmetics and medical fields. Trilexon® can vastly improve not only skincare products, but cosmetics, shampoos, sunscreens, topical pain medications and more. Trilexon® has been researched by two major players in this industry who have confirmed its effectiveness and safety: Charles Fox, an expert chemist and Greyson’s Head of Research and Development, and Dr. Peter Pugliese, a world-renowned physician who holds several patents, has published hundreds of articles, lectured on every continent and has spent over 25 years studying specializing in aging mechanisms of human skin. We firmly believe that Trilexon® will be a highly important new discovery for multiple types of topical applications, and we are confident that it will translate into significant and continuous revenue for our Company.
