In this update, I would like to share with you Greyson International’s most recent progress. Since my last letter to you, we have indeed accomplished many of the goals set forth in our business plan. We are looking forward to taking the next steps in our strategy to become a recognized leader in the research, development and marketing of technologically advanced skin care products and over-the-counter topical drug applications.
We have just met one of our milestone goals by announcing that Greyson has been awarded trademark approval for Trilexon®. We are confident that this new delivery system will improve the effectiveness of virtually every topical application in today’s cosmetic market and every over-the-counter topical drug application. We continue to make progress on the first skin care products that feature the Trilexon® system, which we are preparing to be sold in the marketplace.
As you know, featured coverage of Greyson products on national television shopping channels is a major sales strategy that we are taking very seriously. Initial meetings between Greyson and executives at these channels have already taken place. We plan to feature Trilexon® on these television shopping channels, and therefore as part of our strategy, it was essential for trademark approval to take place prior to a national television launch. Showcasing our full set of products featuring Trilexon® as well as our recently introduced product Damage Control Serum on this type of national platform will raise awareness of Greyson International to millions of viewers and offer them the opportunity to purchase these products and experience their proven efficacy.
As we prepare to execute our main sales strategy, we understand the importance of pursuing additional avenues of marketing and promotion. In March 2009, we completed a direct response commercial featuring Damage Control Serum that highlights the product’s benefits and urges viewers to call in or go online to make a purchase. We debuted this commercial recently on a national and regional level, and it continues to air. We are enhancing the Greyson International brand image with updated product labeling. Our online image is also receiving a facelift, as we near completion of a new and improved website which will captivate visitors with beautiful product imagery, descriptive copy, informative news and user-friendly features.
As we bolster our online image, we also have improved our physical appearance by moving our headquarters to Boca Raton, Fla. This move has allowed us to become fully functional in our new space and has given us room to grow with more square footage to house additional employees as our business develops.
We continue to take the necessary steps in order to become a fully reporting company. We anticipate the completion of the final stages of this process in the near future. We believe becoming a fully reporting entity will enhance our current position.
