In recent months, our Company, Greyson International has taken major steps toward reaching our goal of becoming a recognized leader in the research, development and marketing of technologically advanced skin care products and over-the-counter topical drug applications. This is a pivotal moment in the Company’s history, as we have made significant achievements in all areas.

I am pleased to share the following highlights of our latest news and activities:

We are currently in negotiations for licensing of the Trilexon™ delivery system with a major company in the cosmetics industry. We are also approaching companies within the medical field to license Trilexon™ for topical drug applications.
We are pleased to announce that our new product Damage Control Serum is now at a “ready” stage, after the successful completion of research, safety testing and test marketing. Damage Control joins Greyson’s existing product line as a new and revolutionary serum that repairs the epidermis—the outermost layer of skin—from previous damage due to sun exposure. The treatment improves the DNA immune system, defending against future damage, and also slows the aging process.
We are working diligently to reach our goal of becoming a fully reporting company. The two-year audit of the balance sheet and income statement is complete, and our nine-month unaudited income statement is being finalized. Our accountants and our sponsoring brokerage firm are currently finishing the last phases in this process. The Company remains debt-free, and we look ahead with anticipation to the completion of this important step forward for Greyson International.
Our partnership with All Ways Entertainment is progressing, as we work toward an enhanced brand image for Greyson International through the creation of a television commercial, new product labeling and updated website design. The commercial featuring Greyson products will be ready to air in the first quarter of 2009, providing excellent exposure for the Greyson brand and increasing brand awareness across our target demographic. Work is almost complete on product label design as well as the Greyson website, which will showcase Greyson products with an inviting look and user-friendly interface that will appeal to our customers.
We are communicating with television shopping channels to negotiate the opportunity to sell Greyson products to consumers nationwide. In our experience, television shopping channels are excellent avenues to achieve high sales and a loyal customer following.
We continue to closely follow our business plan, which details our strategic objectives for the Company. Until now, Greyson International has been a developmental Company focused on the research and development of products, applications and delivery systems. Because of our accomplishments in the past year, we are now able to say that we have passed the developmental phase and have reached the point where we can present our products.
