Greyson International, Inc. Reaches Agreement in Lawsuit

Boca Raton, Fla. – April 30, 2009 – Greyson International, Inc. (GYSN.PK) announced today that it has reached an agreement which resolves a lawsuit filed by Greyson shareholder Franklin P. de Marco, Jr. against Greyson International, Inc., Damage Control Technologies, Inc. and certain executives in the Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Fla.
